  • Can I book a meeting room without being a member?

    Yes. Meeting rooms are available to members and non-members. Select Book now to choose a room and complete your booking online.

  • Do you offer hourly and full-day bookings?

    Yes. You can book a meeting room by the hour, half-day or full day.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    You can cancel or reschedule at no charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. A 50% fee applies when cancelling 24 to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time incur a 100% fee.

  • Can you help with recurring sessions or full-day workshops?

    Yes. Call our centre team on 1800 512 150 or contact us for help arranging recurring sessions, full-day workshops or other booking requirements.

  • Can I arrange catering?

    Yes. Catering is available on request for half-day and full-day bookings. Contact us to discuss the options.

  • Can I view the workspace before booking?
