Tell us a little about yourself, your business and your team

Hi! I’m Ben. I am the Director of McMillan Staff Development (McMillan) and we are a Registered Training Organisation that specialises in providing training solutions to businesses.

We are a family business operating since 1989. Our services include nationally accredited training, short courses and career support. We deliver training nationally via our Learning Management System and face-to-face locally. We have a team of highly experienced trainers, assessors and consultants to deliver our services. All of our services are customised to client needs and designed to align with work practices and we run our business from JAGA workspaces.

We enjoy the ability to scale up or down depending on the business needs and not having to worry about info tech, long term lease arrangements and reception has been great for us and our business.”

The biggest surprise we’ve had for our JAGA Membership is finding local businesses to work with and our business has grown a network of local service providers. I would recommend JAGA.
