Crystal Club Legal Terms and Conditions

1. Crystal Club program is intended only for your personal usage.. JAGA has the right to reject a membership application.
2. JAGA members’ personal details will be processed in the JAGA personal data file. By accepting the application form the applicant accepts that his/her personal data will be processed in a way defined in the description of fi le. Each member undertakes to keep his/her username and password confidential and is responsible for actions made with said user ID.
3. JAGA membership is personal and only the member himself/herself can make purchases unless otherwise separately communicated. JAGA membership can not be used for any transaction where the buyer is a business entity.
4. Each purchase where the member has been identified as JAGA member. If the membership has not been identified in connection with a purchase, such purchase may not be added afterwards to the purchase balance. And no 10% discount will apply.
5. In order to serve members in the best possible way, members must inform JAGA about any changes in his/her contact details at: customercare@jaga.com.au
6. JAGA has the right to terminate the membership if a member has not used his/her member benefits during the previous 12 months or if a member has breached the terms and conditions of JAGA program. The membership shall expire upon JAGA sending a notice of termination to the member by using the contact details that at the time appear in the register. A member can resign from JAGA community program customercare@jaga.com.au or by mailing a resignation notice to JAGA Group, P.O Box 694 ROZELLE NSW 2039 AUSTRALIA
7. JAGA reserves the right, without a separate notice, to terminate the JAGA community program and alter or amend the terms and conditions of JAGA community program. Notification of changes to the terms and conditions is sent to the member personally or by posting an updated version of the terms and conditions on JAGA website one month before the changes become effective.
8. JAGA Crystal Club members will receive a 10% discount on all purchases based on valid membership only. If membership is not renewed no discounts apply after the cancellation of the membership.
